Ankara, April 19, 2026 – The new Maximum Life Eryaman project, which brings together residential, office, and shopping areas in Ankara, was officially launched yesterday. The launch event, announced with the campaign slogan ‘The Lion’s Share of Life,’ took place at the project site in Eryaman.

Maximum Life Eryaman: A Holistic Approach to Urban Living

Designed with an open-air shopping mall concept, the Maximum Life Eryaman project aims to integrate shopping, work, and social life under one roof. The development boasts a total of 38,000 square meters of commercial space and features 900 independent units. It offers 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1 apartment options, along with an office block and comprehensive residence services.

The project emphasizes enhancing living standards through services such as cleaning, reception, technical support, valet, and common area management. It is highlighted that the project is not merely a collection of residential or commercial spaces but offers a holistic living concept designed to simplify urban life. The open-air shopping mall layout is expected to create a vibrant social area throughout the day.

Strategic Location and Accessibility

Maximum Life Eryaman is strategically located on the Old Istanbul Road (Ayaş Road), offering significant transportation advantages due to its proximity to metro and high-speed train connections. Developers noted that the area is a strong commercial axis, and the project aims to integrate seamlessly with the existing commercial and social life of the surrounding region.

Official Launch Event and Dignitaries

The project was introduced during a special program attended by numerous guests, including Etimesgut District Governor Özlem Bozkurt Gevrek, Maximum Life Eryaman Project Board Chairman Ünal Güzeltaş, Maximum Life Eryaman Project Vice Chairman Fatih Mehmet Yıldızer, and Maximum Life Eryaman Project Cooperative Chairman Fikret Yücel. The official opening of the project was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Insights from Project Leaders

Ünal Güzeltaş, Chairman of the Maximum Life Eryaman Project Board, stated, “Our project is a mixed-use development, comprising residential, office, and commercial areas. The residential part is designed as a residence concept, and we also have office spaces. Additionally, our commercial area is an open-air shopping mall. We designed it so that all stores have open-air access, which will provide great convenience for both guests and investors. Our residences are 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1, all in a residence concept. We will also have special facility management for our project. Residents will benefit from cleaning, security, reception, dry cleaning, swimming pool, and gym services.”

Güzeltaş further emphasized the project’s prime location: “Ankara has many beautiful projects. The best part of our project is its location. The point where our project is located is very lively, a proven area on the Old Istanbul Road (Ayaş Boulevard). In a big city, the most important thing is time. Our project residents will be able to meet all their needs at the same point, within walking distance from their homes. We plan to complete our project after the 6th month of 2028. We aim to complete our project within 30 months. We are also offering launch special prices. We advise our investors to be quick.”

Fatih Mehmet Yıldızer, Vice Chairman of the Maximum Life Eryaman Project Board, added, “We started our project last year. It is a project we developed from the land. It is a mixed-use project that includes residences, offices, and a shopping mall. It is located in Eryaman, one of Ankara’s most in-demand regions. We have realized a very qualified project. We worked hard and diligently. We have created a project that adds value to Ankara. Our process will continue rapidly; we have made all our plans. Investors who joined our project a year ago achieved a profit margin of over 100 percent. They got ‘the lion’s share of life,’ which is our slogan. The lion’s share never ends with us. Hopefully, they will see profitable days from now on.”

Fikret Yücel, Chairman of the Maximum Life Eryaman Project Cooperative, noted, “After the pandemic, we know that people especially avoided being in enclosed spaces. With this perspective, we developed a mixed-use project here. With this project, we designed an open-air shopping mall with residences positioned above. It was a beautiful architectural work. We designed it to be a beautiful location in Ankara, especially in the Eryaman region, that will change the face of the area and attract people. We have come to a good result so far, and we aim to complete our construction as soon as possible and deliver it to our investors and colleagues with whom we walk this path.”

Esin Demircan, Maximum Life Eryaman Project Sales Coordinator, highlighted the investment opportunities: “Our project features 900 independent units and 38,000 square meters of commercial AVM space on one of Eryaman’s strongest locations, a commercial axis. The biggest advantage of this project is that our investors can invest in residential, office, and commercial areas. The value appreciation of commercial investment is quite high and very advantageous. We invite our investors to make commercial, office, and residential investments due to the value appreciation.”

The Maximum Life Eryaman project is poised to become a significant landmark in Ankara, offering a modern and integrated living experience for its residents and visitors.
